Our focus is to plan a forum which is specially designed for the specific needs of the group or the organization. It is a known fact that “Simple is always powerful while the complicated is bound to be weak.” Through the simple principles of Samarpan Yog, participants are enabled to take decisions on seemingly complicated aspects. The methodology will be a combination of group sessions and confidential individual sessions with an open interaction on the subject along with complete one year of e-mail counseling support for your success. 1. Case Studies

Depending on the background and their work environment, relevant case studies are discussed and developed during the program. The concepts are discussed accordingly so that the participants develop a practical understanding as per their living situations. Each participant is a 'live case' for us.

2. Role Plays

To have a deeper understanding, the participants are given the opportunity to live on the concepts interacted through specific role plays. During the role play emphasis is given on the correct method.

3. Management Games

Games help the person feel the concept and the practical message through a combination of fun and intellect. Through the well designed management games participants feel the penetrating focus.

4. Group Discussions

Certain controversial points and concepts are discussed as Group Discussion. Every body's view point is welcomed and ultimately on logics the research based concepts are unanimously accepted.

5. Demonstration

For having a clear vision certain concepts are demonstrated by the faculty. The main is demonstration of the power of Inner Mind. When the participants have felt the power of Inner Mind then only they feel comfortable to use it in their day-to-day operations.

6. Open Interaction
Throughout an open interaction is maintained. Participants are encouraged to ask any question that comes to their mind. This way without any hesitation even their innermost doubts come out and they develop the clarity to live the concepts for practical benefits.

7. Situational Expressions

Participants also get the opportunity to develop their situational and spontaneous expressions through a well researched management process "Witty Boss". This way they learn to control business or personal discussions to their view points.
