of Interactive Group Sessions (9.00 AM till 6.00 PM) with the participants:
Here the focus would be on imparting clarity about leadership and management
& helping them reach an organized clarity about themselves & their life
goals for the next 10 years & why it is important to achieve results now in
order to achieve personal life
goals of theirs.

Individual Session (up to 30 minutes) of each participant with Corporate
Spiritual Mentor after the Workshop: Here, they can fix their individual
targets & discuss any problem they feel would come on the way because of
various defined/undefined reasons & fears.
Follow-up
Support through e-mail for 1 year: So as to avoid getting stuck at any point
on the way in addition to providing useful tips on career & life through our
fortnightly e-Zine: AMOKSH.
