How Much Close, How Much Distant?

Role Play

Each participant will get an opportunity to feel around 5-25 live cases as role plays, which will help in quicker grasping and solving of similar concerns in their life, right there, right then. The mentoring team will take them through each of the steps by demonstrating first.


Management Games
Games help a person feel the concept and the practical message through a combination of fun and intellect. Through a well-designed management game, participants will feel the penetrating focus. Depending upon the group, either all will be asked to play or volunteers will be called for or there will be a random selection.

Situational Expressions
Participants will also get the opportunity to develop their situational and spontaneous expressions through a well-researched management process "Witty Boss". This way they will learn to control any business or personal discussions to their viewpoints.

Group Discussions
