3 couples (professionals, entrepreneurs, and senior executives), 1 HR specialist and 1 Medical Doctor featured in all the 10 episodes of the series. The couples tested their knowledge on the everyday medical functions of their lives, which was rated by the medical specialists, and their abilities to solve a so-called problem situation given to them by the HR expert who then elaborated on it from his experience and viewpoint. There was the DYNAMIC COUPLE Award for the winner of the episode.

Each of the specialist guests and the dynamic couple was honored with a KHIL KHILATI ZINDAGI Trophy.
