From our research, two simple life situations, which almost everyone comes across in their life, will be run through the workshop as Role Play Demonstrations for a deeper clearer understanding of the concept. In addition, each participant, either individually or in group will be working on their immediate life situations to get to the grip of their communications.

Role Play
Each participant will be taken as a ‘live case’ for we want to add value to his or her immediate concerns: easiest and the quickest way to develop practical understanding as per their living situations. Each participant will get an opportunity to feel around 5-25 live cases as role plays, which will help in quicker grasping and solving of similar concerns in their life, right there, right then. The mentoring team will take them through each of the steps by demonstrating first.

Management Games
Games help a person feel the concept and the practical message through a combination of fun and intellect. Through a well-designed management game (s), participants will feel the penetrating focus. Depending upon the group, either all will be asked to play or volunteers will be called for or there will be a random selection.

Group Discussions
Certain controversial points and concepts will be discussed as group discussion. Every body's viewpoint will be welcomed and ultimately on logics the research-based concepts will be unanimously accepted.
