A person joins as Vice President (Marketing) in a family
owned business firm. Very happy at the prospect of the
day that lays ahead of him, he is shocked when after an
introductory hello with the senior staff; the Chairman
wishes him good luck and leaves for a long trip to Switzerland
to explore further business opportunities. The Vice President
is blank for a moment for he knows very little about the

Personality basically means the qualities of a person.
It is human nature to love oneself and ones’ image

people have different life goals. Identify what exactly
it means to you and put your energies in the direction
of your success, saving on the unnecessary wastage of
your energy, resources and peace of mind.

When you got into your job, you had a specific career
goal to achieve from there. But may be, what you actually
got in terms of your job responsibility did not match
with what you thought of getting. You did not even know
of it for long. So as not to be anymore confused or diverted
from what you actually want to achieve from your job,
