History: Beginnings

Just after graduating as a qualified medical professional, in the year
1977, I felt a total confusion or non-clarity as to what is my ultimate
aim of life. I met a vast variety of senior individuals including so
many corporate consultants and religio-spiritual saints at that time.
To my surprise, any answer to any of my questions was given up to a
specific point, and the further track looked blank again. Mind was so
much overloaded with the information-seeking questions; I felt I would
go mad. The need was to plan something to avoid the situation of losing
the balance of mind. To manage this delicate situation, I made a decision
that till my ultimate aim is clear, I must give myself a second aim,
with the belief and the conviction that the original will gradually
emerge out. Being from the background of health, I gave myself - enough
for the lifetime aim -Generate Health Revolution
In The World.
The Health Care Society
Accordingly came into being the “Health Care Society” - an inseparable
part of my responsibility along with my practice as a family physician
through my own Nursing Home at Chandigarh - the Capital City of the
States of Punjab and Haryana in India. All effort now was to fulfill
this Social Aim. We planned and implemented various programs on health
promotion but any track towards health revolution was just not getting
initiated. It was felt that until the media promotes this concept, the
required awareness couldn’t be generated at all. I asked one of my
friends, who at that time were an editor of a leading newspaper, “Tell
me what we should do that you will cover in your newspaper?” The instant
answer was, “Invite a politician”.
On this clear cut reply / advice /
suggestion of our dear friend, we felt that if we invite a politician
then it would be him who will get all the coverage and not any people’s
aim towards HEALTH Awareness.
The Health Care Magazine
It was then that I made a
decision to launch our own parallel media, and the relevant magazine on
the subject “HEALTH CARE” came into being. Test marketing of this
magazine was done at the national level with a positive response but
even with this, the goal to generate health revolution looked quite far
away. People did not seem to have much interest in health. It was a
surprising revelation that health was the last priority for many/most
individuals. We conducted a survey (at what level – national, state,
regional (city)).
The conclusion was that if an extensively publicized program on HEALTH
PROMOTION were organized, hardly anybody would come. The maximum number
of participants would be retired persons. The cream of our country,
which matters for the growth of the country, would be totally missing.
BUT if the program title is changed to “How to Double Your Turnover
within a Year”, one can easily imagine the rush and that too of the
corporate cream

Awareness back then..
What To Do Then?
We started assessing the set up and culture of various healthcare-wise
successful countries. It was quite a surprising revelation that a
country, which was completely destroyed during the Second World War, was
number one in the world right now - that is, Japan.
After a lot of study, it was clear that
soon after the atomic bomb disaster, the then Government focused on the
health promotion of the masses as its top priority. The phenomenal
growth is now a history!
But rarely anyone was caring for health
in our country!
One point was clear, however:
• That if one has good health then success in his or her ventures is a
must to happen, as proved by Japan. No one can stop that success from
happening or manifesting in reality. At the same time, when a person has
success in business, the good health happens within him or her on its
own, automatically.
It clearly indicated that success in
business and good health supplement and compliment each other. Health
being a living merger of physical, mental, socio-environmental and
spiritual dimensions of a human being, in totality, in 100%. As people
were not much interested in health, we cornered around a way by which
their respective area of interest becomes our initial focus. Our mission
was to establish a joyously comfortable living of success outside along
with peace and happiness within as a right of each and every living
human being on earth.
We Got Our
Purpose!
If you tell a student:
How to get good marks in examination, he will listen to you!
If you tell a house lady:
How to manage the family and household responsibilities smoothly, she
will listen to you!
If you tell an actor:
How to become a star, he will listen to you!
If you tell an executive:
How to get an early promotion, he will listen to you!
Similarly, if you tell a business person or an industrialist:
How to double his turnover within a year, he will have total commitment
to implement every thing you suggest.
That And I moved to New Delhi, the capital city of India in 1987. The
main focus remained, ”How A Person Gets His
Targeted Success (Outside) Along With Peace And Happiness (Within)”.
The systems were thence planned in such a way so that health and success
emerge as a merged entity.
